This is a training hotel for the students of University of Houston Hilton Hospitality College. We were greeted by one of the students, Ilsa, who provided fantastic service when I left my dinner at the front desk. She immediately called the room to tell me I had left it behind. The room itself was very nice. Great bed. Quiet air conditioning with a good TV and a hot shower. On departure, the students were once again very helpful. Convenient location. Career fairs usually get crowded here, but the experience and the service overall is amazing.

The experience was wonderful, the hotel was great, the rooms modern and extremely well appointed, and the staff—especially Ilsa, the student staff member who checked me in and assisted with some logisics—was amazing and very helpful. For those who do not know, this hotel is part of the Hilton College of Hospitality at the University of Houston, and many staff members are actually students.
