Lovely hotel in a great location have stayed here before and probably will again. The only down side is the shower has absolutely no pressure. Not sure whether it’s an environmental thing or just garbage water pressure, but it’s poor to say the least

Our stay at the Hilton was lovely. There was however some miscommunication upon check in. Both my partner and I had called the hotel in advance to confirm the room was paid for, and we were advised both times it had been. When we checked in, we were then told it hadn’t been. We were extremely frustrated that the staff had lied to us. The room was nice, however one of the night/reading lights above the bed was broken, one of the switches didn’t even do anything and the TV was switched off at the wall for some reason.
