I have been Diamond with Hilton for years. Came a few months ago and had a subpar experience, but was told that management was shifting and improvements are coming. Visiting again, and this hotel is still nowhere near a 5-star Hilton experience. Don't expect it here, this place falls short of the traditional Hilton experience. Booked a corner room for space. Yes, there is extra space but useless space that you can’t use (like an L-shaped walk way into the room). The bathroom is tiny and the shower is small without a rain shower. The corner room does have an extra window but only a tiny window that is 2 feet wide 😡🤦🏻♂️
