Posted on behalf of my parents: We recently stayed at the Sydney Hilton Hotel for our 40th Wedding Anniversary. We purposely picked that Hotel because it was part of an internationally recognized Hotel franchise which we thought would provide us with a memorable occasion for our 40th Anniversary celebration. Great service from Vic from concierge who was extremely helpful in suggesting local sites and eateries. Always great to have someone with local knowledge help out us tourists.
Visited for a concert in Sydney. Although the weather was far from ideal, the experience was wonderful. The staff were always very friendly and helpful.
I was a little shocked about how poor the food was. In the absence of taste let’s just add salt and over cook everything just to make sure!! When I had questions I tried their digital “concierge” only to be left hanging for an hour. When I got the answer to my question it was wrong. Would it stay again.
