Booked for 8/2 through 8/7. Got delayed in check in and went Sunday morning around 10 am (8/3) to check in. Paid and was charged for room and room wasn't available and was told expected to wait three hours for a room of which was charged and paid because the room was occupied and rented. Canceled reservation and will not return. Should not have waited for room. If I had paid for it.
Don’t stay here at all. You are waistline your me. The hotel staff are extremely rude and after staying here for 10 days they never cleaned my room and even after requesting they never showed up. They did not refill anything. Stay away from the manager named Chase.. Extremely dishonest and rude.
I know a lot of families choose this hotel but I would choose a different hotel the management is terrible and every one is rude. Especially one of the managers by the name of Chase.
I ordered a beer from the bar and my wife had a her own seltzer from our room. We door dashed food and tried to eat it in the lobby. They kicked us out because we had our own alcohol from our room and said we could “enjoy” our own alcohol from our own room. I’ve stayed in many Embassy Suites all over the country and have never encountered this. Do not recommend this place for this weird policy. Does not feel like you are staying in your own hotel area. They are treating it like you are visiting their bar.
Room was great and clean. Complimentary breakfast and drinks was a plus. Definitely coming back.
