I would give 5 stars but the housekeeper didn't vacuum the room. There were crumps of food and kids crayons left on carpet, and hair in the bathtub. We reported to the front desk and they offered to clean it but we said it was ok since we only stayed for one night.
For being a Hilton 3 star Hotel i expected little more. Rooms are out dated and need a remodel. There are marks of mold,patches and carpet stains on the rooms...what really bothered me was the dirty pools and how cold they are...because my kids love the pool...I honestly will not be coming back here because it seems like they don't investin their hotel...the Cambria hotel is better for vacation with kids
Booked a flex shift to work and was disappointed it canceled.
Hotel is nice. Room was stuffy, good location. However, the valet man in his late 50s was very rude. I’m checking into the hotel. This is the first interaction and impression on the customer. And he was rude And unwelcoming. Please work on his people skills and train him to have better customer service embassy suites.
