If I could give this a 0 star I would! Stay clear of this hotel!! During our stay there was no hot water for showers, and at 6am we were awoken by an alarm blasting throughout our room/hotel for 5 min on speakers!! The ludicrous part is when we got home my husband sees an additional $300.room fee for smoking, we called the hotel thinking they made an error on the room number, after trying to tell them this is insane we don’t even smoke!! I love this location and the hotel has everything you need. The bar food and drinks are good but pricey. MARISSA at the front desk is so nice and helpful. I’ve stayed here several times. Each time I’ve stayed the rooms have been clean but because the hotel is needing to be updated it can appear untidy. The beds are not memory foam so they aren’t great. The higher floors have great views. All of my stays have been somewhat quiet except for one visit during a music festival in downtown St Pete. Overall, it is a good value.

First room upon arrival had “wet walls” terrible mold smell and visible mold growth. Desk said “sorry we’re booked tonight can’t switch you.” Mind you, I checked in in the afternoon. New room they put us in next day was NOT up to Hilton cleanliness standards. Service was terrible, cleanliness terrible, maintenance terrible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Don’t make the same mistake I did and not read the other reviews first.
