The rooms have long needed to be updated. However, it's a shame this hotel is going away in a few years. The location and potential would be a huge opportunity if only they'd improved a few things. That being said, I consistently received excellent service throughout a very busy convention weekend. Madi at the Valet was absolutely terrific. She anticipated the needs of customers and hustled on the fly with absolute professionalism, keeping a calm on head on her shoulders during a crazy busy weekend.
The hotel was Amazing especially Ian and Brian with the valet
I had hoped better better for this place. But in this economy!?! The rooms are all damp. The carpet was wet in the two different rooms we stayed in. We had to change rooms. That 2nd room was damp. They were nice though.
