Customer service here is absolutely terrible!! The worst!! Not just one or two people. Multiple, most!! As a Hilton Diamond member this place should not be allowed to be a Hilton property!!
Stay was fine. Room was clean. Front staff was friendly and informative. Bar was a great addition. Try the cowboy burger. It was huge and very good
Formerly the Hilton Springfield... Very nice hotel, despite showing her age... Some room updates, esp. in the bathrooms will soon be needed. However, very nice, elegant in spots with professional staff & great housekeeping staff & service.
