The best part of this hotel is that the staff are very friendly and willing to accommodate you in any way they can. I don’t recommend a visit right now though as the lobby is being remodeled and you have to walk around the outside of the building to get anywhere in the hotel from your room. I got an egg sandwich from the market place this morning, which was toasted too long in the microwave and the croissant was blackened on top. I got a $6 cup of coffee that was only 1/2 full. i only give 5 starts because of miss WHITNEY. When i say she goes beyond to help guest. From the warm welcomes to the you have a better day quote. True definition of Hospitality my family and I truly appreciate you. Pool was great. Love the beach and staff.
Came here for the location. As a true Hilton Honors member I always appreciate the cleanliness of the chain. The Curio collection feels a bit more upscale but only a bit. Rooms are clean and new. But some of the customer service at the front desk have an attitude. Atmosphere is quiet and really we came looking for comfort, location, cleanliness and quiet luxury but Ocean View somehow is not always guaranteed needless to say is not the same aa Ocean Front.
