Beautiful hotel, great location! Heater doesn’t work, so they brought us heating unit. Food downstairs very tasty. Great deal on Ocean front room ❤️

Needed a little getaway from the cold and saw this hotel was on the list from my cc and had decent reviews so figured why not. It was a last minute trip but had a good time considering I have never been to West Palm Beach before. The staff was great. The few small problems I did have were resolved within a reasonable time. Food was good but all I can only speak for was breakfast because that was the only meal we ate there. Location was ok from what I can gather. I called to inquire about reservations. I made sure I was calling the Hilton and not a third party . I was quoted higher than the website. Further, the website mentions a special -book 4 weeknights and you will receive 10% off plus a $200 dining credit. The person on the phone said she didnt know of it and could not help me. Then, when I said I wasn't going to make a reservation, based on the above, at this time... she said..could I give you 500 Hilton points. I said sure. The reason for 3 stars is my wife and I stayed in October and we were able to self park at no cost. I recently stayed this past weekend and was charged $35.00/per day to self park my vehicle. I think this is to much money to park your owe vehicle. I'm confused why in October no charge and in December we were charged. Valet I get self park I don't!

Hilton never disappoints. The Singer Oceanfront resort is an intimate, oceanfront property with excellent service. From the check-in process (Whitney) to the beach experience (Josh), this property delivered. Property was well-maintained, with top-notch service throughout. I LOVED the tranquility of the pool and beach.
