Truly one of the best hotels in the area! They have such an incredible team making for a seamless experience. We hosted a 3-day conference and their team truly made things so easy! Lauren Healey, Christina Pearl, and the wonderful ladies at the front desk are actual hospitality ROCKSTARS! They were a huge help, and so wonderful to work with. I highly recommend checking out The Singer for your next corporate event, or stay. We really enjoyed it.
There is truly not a single negative comment to make. My company and I stayed at the hotel for three nights, and from the moment I arrived, it was a fantastic experience. Bobby at valet greeted me immediately and helped unload my VERY full car. Walking into the lobby, every front desk associate welcomed me also with a smile! I'll start with the bad, first off the parking QR code scan site was crashed and didn't work so I had to handwrite my information and leave it on the valets podium who had better things to do than talk to me. In my room immediately I noticed hair on the toilet seat and the floor. There was a piece of trash on the floor of my room. There's a big brown stain on the carpet. Spent many beautiful vacations at Marco Island Hilton. Booked Hilton springer Island for 3 nights for my husband birthday. Even though it was less than Marco Island (my bill was $2300 for 3 nights), I would rather spend the extra money for exceptional service. The staff seemed annoyed and frustrated, never wanting to go above and beyond to please you as I have experienced at other Hilton hotels. Name recognition is something I learn to trust.. obviously a franchise of Hilton.. soooooo disappointing
