Room was very dusty in places, but staff were really nice, especially the breakfast team, so lovely
Location: Absolutely top-notch! The Hilton Seattle is right in the heart of downtown, close to everything you'd want to see and do. You can easily walk to Pike Place Market, shops, restaurants, and theaters. Rooms: They've recently refurbished the rooms, which makes a big difference. Services are not that great in terms of quick response. Rooms are nice.
They cancelled our reservation, don't trust their loyalty points. Their service over the phone was rude and awful.
