Worst Hilton Stay Ever – I am a Hilton Diamond member. I stay at a lot of Hilton Hotels. This was by far my worst Hilton stay ever. Before stay, I left 3 messages for concierge on three different days; never returned my call, and never was there to answer the phone. Finally the travel date arrived.
