We loved our stay! Excellent service and the hotel is beautiful. Free happy hour, free breakfast buffet and a clean spacious suite. We'll be back.
Bab service at the lunch area only one person working doing everything by herself, she was the waitress, cashier, bass boy, bartender.... my husband clean our table because we were waiting for so long and he feels bad about her, so he clean and put the whole dirty plates in the counter so we can sit down. She apologizes for the inconvenience we tell her is not her fault is the management I think is really bad management in that area , food was ok , my frien order a beer and she forgot also the food I won't never come back or... read more
Perfect hotel, specially the happy hour is awesome! The only thing i can tell is the shuttle to the Burlingame. Only begins afternoon, there is no option for those who has to go earlier than that and get back for their flight.
