AVOID IF POSSIBLE!! The rebrand is a joke. We were given a paper explaining that leaving Hilton will allow them more flexibility to service customers, I did not experience any sort of flexibility. 1. BLOOD Came back late and went to sleep. Woke up the next morning to realize the inside of the bedding was covered in BLOOD. Not just blood stains, actual dried blood. Great harbour facing location
I really appreciate this hotel and location. I like the views of the ports, particularly at loading/unloading. Walkable to many restaurants in a nice picturesque downtown. Great service from the friendly staff, clean rooms, nice restaurant attached to the hotel if you're not inclined to go local (which I strongly encourage!)
The room we got was rather large and had a great view of the harbor. It was within walking distance to lots of shops and a theatre and had plenty of heated parking. On negative was that they had private events happening right between the elevator and the exit which made it a little awkward because we had to walk through their buffet line to get out.
There were groups of kids running and shouting in the halls all night, 2 nights in a row. I called the front desk twice to deal with this and they said they would send someone up to take care of it and they didn't. Worst hotel experience ever!! 2 nights I didn't get any sleep!!
