We left a bag of laundry and noticed when we arrived home. Called the hotel and they claimed to have it and told us to fill out a claim so they can ship it to us. 3 weeks later, we are notified they were unable to find it our bag now... ??

This is one of the most cleanest, professional, and upscale Hilton hotels I’ve been. It offer spa service which you have to book in advance. It is close to restaurants where you can walk to and from the hotel. Local ice cream store and in the hotel a bar and restaurant so if you do not want to leave. Negative parking is hard to find not sure where people park if they can’t find a spot. The pool should have adults hours 6 AM-8AM and 9pm-10pm or 8pm -10pm. Let me start with... Received an email for checking in through the Hilton ap I follow the simple instructions with no Avail. I called the hotel with my issue and was told to refresh my app and the issue was resolved / except it wasn't and we checked in at the desk upon arrival. To be clear I don't mind a personal check in but don't tell me the contact less issue was resolved when it clearly wasn't. * this was the beginning of the technical issues.
