My wife & I stayed at the Hilton in Short Pump for 5 nights at the beginning of June. I wish I could give it a higher rating because the building itself is very nice, the in-house restaurant (Shula's Steakhouse) was great (shout out to the bartenders Andy & Ally) & the hotel staff in general were very nice. That all being said, the hotel's air conditioning is awful. We had to move rooms on day #2 because the air conditioning in our original room quit working altogether & it barely kept up in the room we were moved to for the... read more
