This Hilton experience has been I ever received. Simply because of the dedicated staff team. They left no room for err. Every greeting every smile lifted the atmosphere for me. Yuri, Kevin, and RC made my morning, go get buffet guys! The two African American ladies with braids that help me check in last night were amazing as well. Thank you staff for making my stay so enjoyable. Kudos to the management team, staff doesn’t shines this bright on accident!

Extremely Disappointing and Misleading Experience I stayed at Hilton Richardson Dallas from August 9 to August 11, and unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. I booked and paid for my reservation online, and based on the information I saw during the booking process, I understood that parking was included. The room was sub par. There's a big stain above the bed on the ceiling and stains on the floor. The water pressure was just ok. The shower caddy is broken. the ceiling hatches are bulging down and gross looking. The lobby is nice. Be careful before booking this hotel there is a $17/night parking fee that was hidden underneath the parking tab on the website. I have never had to pay to park at a hotel before. This is outrageous.
