They misinformed me prior to a background check and after I paid the fee for the application fee, there information changed on how they pick their applicants and what they’re standard are for these applicants making me ineligible.
Decent enough. Hopefully they get their new resident portal soon that's better then their current one. They seemed excited for it. Update: new portal is efficient enough. Landlord is kind and fair. You call, they answer. Have maintaince needs, they deliver. Just be respectful and communicate and they'll do the same
