We had a fantastic stay! Loved there was a pool was right outside our room. The water park was fun. Staff was friendly. Enjoyed the private back porch as well! Lots of construction... looks like it will be nice additions when done but it was annoying for the people vacationing right now.
I live locally and I have stayed all over. I can say I will never ever stay here again. We booked months in advance with some family. We both called and wanted adjoining rooms when we made the reservation. We both have kids and they wanted to be able to go back and forth freely. We were told not a problem call the day before. Hilton Phoenix at the Peak — where the peak clearly happened sometime in the late 90s and nobody bothered to check back in. We stayed in the North Pointe Tower, which felt less like a resort and more like a time capsule that maintenance forgot existed. I rated the service a 2-star because the housekeeping and some of the staff were good. However, DO NOT STAY HERE! Serious safety concerns! This is supposed to be a very kid friendly resort, however, my son was assaulted by an occupant of another room and the hotel did not seem to care whatsoever. I stayed at the Hilton Phoenix at the Peak from March 19 - March 23.
