Our stay was great. We were a little disappointed about the indoor pool being closed for renovations but it didn’t impact us much since it is winter in Georgia and knew the out door would be closed. When we checked in Jane was there and helped us and she was amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed and gave us all the directions for the hotel and paces to check out locally. We came into town for Valentines weekend. This hotel is a low key spot but close to everything! Athena was a great host! She made sure we had everything we needed and felt welcome. She absolutely deserves a raise for how above and beyond her customer service was. The room was vey clean. It was a Normal King size bed room with cute aesthetics. I loved the Ray portrait. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We would book again.
It took 45 minutes to check three people into rooms and some people were coming back because their room Keys weren’t Work
