Pleasant stay in a large clean comfortable room. We enjoyed having the balcony as extra space. The front office staff are very professional . The hotel was conveniently located for our need in Peachtree City. If needed I would return and can recommend this hotel.
We booked through a third party that did not update their options in time. As a result, the rooms we ordered were not available. However, the front desk attendant Jernice was incredible. She was very accommodating and helped us every step of the way. And she did this while attending to other guests. 10000/10 customer service!
Really disappointed. I had 11 family members come to visit for spring break. We chose this hotel based on the location on the golf cart paths and the indoor and outdoor pools. Both pools were closed the whole week. There was no discount offered or any compensation. Made the hotel not worth it, especially with no breakfast included and it costs $22 a person. Beautiful location and very calm and serene. Excellent service! Food very good. Bar very nice.
