I had a terrible experience with the staff. The people at the desk were rude to me. I watched them interact with others and noticed a discrepancy in their treatment of certain patrons. Unfortunately. it appears they were racially biased.

I tried calling the front desk 3 times spread out over 1.5 hours today and I either got hung up on or no one picked up the phone.

Great location, breakfast is not included (there is a $22 charge), great gym and pools. Clean rooms and good service.

My Xbox was stolen out of my room. I can only assume it was during one of the cleaning periods as no one else had a key card to my room. I notified management and they are moving very slow to resolve the situation. Update: Over a week of no further updates and management still has not given me any further information, other than "We are still conducting an internal investigation".
