Here now. No heat in room. Check in was supposed to be 4pm. As a HH member, the advantage is that you get electronic key on phone to bypass front desk & line. Didn’t get mine. Waited at front desk. Room not ready just before 5pm. Considering Hilton charges for late check out, not acceptable. Took different room facing interstate instead of lake. Now wearing 2 pairs of pjs, scarf, and sweatshirt jacket because there’s no heat and room is freezing. Ridiculous. I’d never stay here again. So angry. UPDATE: Just called front desk... read more

All of the staff are extremely nice and professional. Especially the dining staff. The omelet guy’s enthusiasm and positive attitude were infectious and appreciated first thing in the morning. Food was solid. Rooms need a little bit of updating but they were fine overall.

This is a review of the meeting space and associated food. I'm part of an aviation group that meets here monthly and the food has recently gotten a significant upgrade. Perhaps a new catering chef? The staff is always friendly and efficient.
