We had such a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, every staff member made us feel welcome and valued. Everyone has been so friendly and regularly checks in to make sure we have everything we need, which really made us feel cared for. A special thank you to our housekeeper, Jennifer! Day 3 of our stay: Newest issue with the hotel. We got back to the room last night and... OUR KEYS DIDN'T WORK!!!!!!!!! Whole crap this hotel SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Day 2 of s our stay: We arrived and they allowed us to check in so we took our things up to the room and went to the parks. When we came back we had some things to put in the fridge, but the fridge was not working. From day 1 this place has failed to impress. Our fridge was broken and we lost our food to heat while waiting for a replacement. Day 2 we had rain pouring into our room through the edge of the window & we wasted an entire evening (missing our park time & paying cancel fees to Lyft). They offered to put us in another room but it was stinky and by an elevator that it was also raining in. Literally rainwater between the walls and elevator.
