We came in for a girl's weekend/retirement celebration. Without a doubt the staff here was marvelous! They accommodated us beautifully, catered to our foibles, and gave us a 5-star experience. The dinner buffet at John T's was quite the deal - we highly recommend. The location is excellent -- walking distence to Disney Springs, transportation to & from the parks, complimentary water bottle for exploring. Well worth it!
The room was horrible. There is a water leak in the wall that has eroded part of the wall in the bathroom, causing the carpet to be soaked in the bedroom. There appears to be black mold where the carpet meets the wall. There is also a constant drip in the shower and water leaking from the bathroom ceiling, causing a puddle on the bathroom floor.
