I am genuinely impressed with the service at this Hilton. My flight was delayed and then subsequently cancelled which resulted in me not being able to make my hotel reservation. I had booked through expedia and it was supposed to be non-refundable, but when I called in to notify them directly that I would not be able to make it at all, Deacon at the front desk went above and beyond, and told me to my surprise he would be willing to waive and refund my booking entirely. Hotel: The hotel is very clean and big. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little outdated and could be updated. The hotel is located close to Disney springs and it is a 15 minute walk. It has a cute market for breakfast and the food and drinks were very good. Disney World: If you are planning a trip to go to Disney world then I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel and I WOULD stay at a hotel owned by Disney (like Pops, Music, or Movies).
