I had one of the worst hotel experiences at Hilton Times Square, and I will never return to this property again. From the moment we interacted with the front desk, the hospitality was unbelievably poor. At check-in, we were told clearly that if we needed our car, we should call one hour in advance and simply show the valet card at the front desk. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The staff are all patient and kind. They had great recommendations for restaurants and made navigating the city much easier.
