I lack the words to fully describe my disappointment. Within four hours of checking in, a series of failures made it clear that staying here was a huge mistake. The issues began with a last-minute room switch, landing us in Room 504. The first thing we saw was a dirty toilet with hairs, which was absolutely disgusting. Tori at the front desk was amazing, we will book here again because of her. She was so friendly and accommodating.

The rooms are older. But clean and comfortable. The location ideal for visiting New Orleans. Can walk to many places. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This is our third time staying here. The only downside is the streetcars start up about 5 am and are loud. The coffee in the lobby at 6:30 am is nice. It’s Folgers and actually made in New Orleans. Huh! Who knew?!
