Our hot water was out the first night, but I asked and they moved us to a room with hit water the next day.
This hotel does not live up to its Hilton name. Should likely be rebranded to a Hampton Inn. Came for a confrence and booked two rooms. We were lucky to have rooms on low floors three and six . Only two elevators out of five were working when we arrived (eventually three) and everyone on higher floors complained constantly of no hot water. I would’ve given a better rating on the hotel if I would’ve had hot water. I was there five nights and had a cold shower every day. Other than that. It was a great experience. The staff was helpful the beds were super comfy.
Booked with Travelocity for a girls weekend. Had two tires blowout and wanted to reschedule. They said they couldn't help credit or refund me. Had to be with Travelocity who said the Hotel wouldn't credit or refund got the run around. Was looking forward to staying but got treated horrible and rudely every time I called.
Fire Maya, the so called director of rooms, whatever it is she said her title was. Lied about not having control over something she definitely has control over. Very condescending in tone, and not helpful. Also doesn’t mind if you’re sick with the flu and get her + her guests at the hotel sick. Embarrassing.
