The room and hotel was very nice and clean. However, I think it is ridiculous that the hotel controls your room thermostat. It would only allow me to put it on 68 degrees, but yet temperature didnt even feel 68 degrees. On top of that it has motion sensor on the thermostat so when you arent in the room the A/C didnt stay on and when there was no movement at night when I was sleeping couldn't come on very often. It got hot in the room. If I pay for a room I should be able to control my own room temperature.
We were passing through New Orleans and stayed here one night. Hotel is clean and quiet. Water pressure and temperature was probably the best I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Breakfast was hot. They actually have a parking lot with self-parking, which is reasonably priced. I also like that the location is far enough from the noise and party scene, but you are literally steps from the trolley. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again.
