Great hotel, big rooms, close to evrrything!
We had a wonderful time and the service was fantastic.
I booked my reservation through a 3rd party. Upon checking out, hotel charged me an additional $25 + tax and fees per night ( ~$87) and they said that was somehow mentioned in the fine prints. I never saw it and the 3rd party didn't pay me back, so be careful of out of the blue destination fee or some made up fees. The hotel has only valet parking and no free parking. Near the hotel are some expensive parking that you can park, I recommend park a bit further, it's a lot cheaper. No hot water for tea. They will tell you to co... read more
Worst Hilton Experience – Unjust $300 Smoking Charge! As a loyal Hilton Honors member and frequent business traveler (on the road 75% of the year), I’ve never encountered a situation like this. I was charged a $300 smoking fee—despite the fact that I do not smoke. The hotel claimed I left the room in disarray and that there was “cigarette residue,” yet they provided no proof whatsoever. I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was kind and friendly despite being busy, and my room was clean and comfortable. Despite the location that is convenient to the French Quarter I found it pretty quiet as well.
