We wanted a place that was close to the French Quarter but not so close that we could hear the revelry all night. This place was perfect. We could easily walk to the quarter and were very close to a streetcar stop. We hopped on the streetcar to go to the garden district. Our room was large with a bedroom and living area. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Beautiful hotel in the middle of downtown New Orleans and super convenient to Bourbon and Canal Street, you do have to pay to park valet but the valet service was top notch and they remembered us each time! The front desk service was also top notch and super friendly. The rooms are huge and spacious but you can hear the noise outside which wasn't a deal breaker for us but might annoy some. It felt safe and there was a great restaurant right down the street. I would stay here every single time I come!
Stayed here the weekend before Mardi Gras. It was awesome! The staff were all very helpful and nice. Even though it was busy they never made you feel rushed or unimportant. Room was nice and clean. Restaurant on site is great. Great location!
