WORST resort experience ever. Expensive/overpriced, absolutely terrible customer service experience, very little value included for how much you’re paying. Why do I have to chase people for hours to get extra towels when I’m paying that much? The rooms were subpar too, I saw molding in the shower and clear signs of rats eating at the doors. This was my first and LAST time staying at any Hilton property, truly awful. Making a business out of scamming people looking for a genuine vacation.
We have found us a spot to come every time we are in town at myrtle beach. Glad we stayed there.
Have been here 2 years in a row for the SCAV vet conference. The resort is nice with multiple pools and beachfront access. This time I booked separately from the conference rates so we could stay a little later and be nearby for some 4th activities. I booked as a Hilton honors member. They put us in the adjacent condos instead of the hotel. That was fine but unexpected.
