In need of an over haul. Top to bottom. Started off badly upon getting into the lobby, parking jam is unattended vehicles at entrance blocking hotel lobby, no one at the valet or porter stations.

We recently stayed at this Hilton property in Myrtle Beach and were extremely disappointed. Our room was in an exterior walkway section where the railings were dangerously low, posing a serious fall hazard both along the hallway and near the room. The exterior corridors were neglected and covered in cobwebs. Inside, the room was very outdated, with peeling, crumbling furniture and decor that looks decades old. Worst Hotel we have ever been to. We came from the Hampton Inn and suites in Myrtle Beach to the Hilton for a basketball tournament. We thought we were upgrading but boy were we wrong! Hampton Inn and Suites was 100 times better than this place. Our room air was barely working when we arrived. We turned down the air in hopes it would cool down but the temperature only kept getting warmer. I had a wonderful experience! The hotel is amazing, from the beautiful views and comfortable room to the cleanliness of the entire resort. The location and layout are perfect, you can easily get to the beach and still be just a few steps away from the pool. The pool was great, and the jacuzzi was also really nice. In the mornings, you can hear the ocean, which was probably one of my favorite parts. During the afternoon, the DJ does a great job keeping up with the mood and bringing some energy to the pool area.
