Our room was clean with a spectacular view!! Check in was slow with only one employee tending to the line. This place has so many areas to chill whether you want to be outside or in. Elevators were slow at check out....staff doesn't seem to have a service set of elevators. It may have been that only 2 of the 4 were working. Anyway you're at the beach and the place is awesome. The resort down the beach that's part of the hilton property had an amazing pool with cabanas and slides.

Came on a discounted trip via the timeshare presentation. Beautiful place to stay but the distance from the actual room to the parking deck is the main drawback along with not being told I would be charged for parking ahead of time. I wish I had known these things before booking.

From the beginning, our experience was not good. The room we booked was assigned to someone else and we were not told until we checked in, so our view which was supposed to be oceanfront ended up being a concrete roof. The walls are thin- we could hear the room next to ours phone alarms going off, a huge argument... The beds and sheets are wildly uncomfortable. We are in room 405 and there are spitballs on the ceiling. We are used to staying at the Arcadian, they are much more relaxing and quiet.... We won't be back.

Housekeeping policy / norms are silly. Only cleaned once in my 4 night stay.

Great views. So many exceptional employees on site - at the bar. The coffee shop. The restaurants. Rooms are very much in need of some updates however. Age and salty air have done a number on the door frames, fixtures. hvac function, etc. Bathroom tub scratches, etc. really need to be addressed if you want to classify as a true high-level resort.
