I specifically chose this hotel because it had a hot tub, and it did not disappoint! So many outdoor hot tubs are barely warm, but this one was actually hot, which I really appreciated. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond by bringing decaf coffee pods to my room when I asked. My room was on a high floor with an amazing view, including the famous 1,000-foot WMC-TV tower, which looks incredibly impressive from the 23rd floor. I also felt very safe throughout my stay.
