Sorry to say but had a very bad experience with the Front Desk/Reservation Management team from Hilton McLean VA!!! We have an upcoming stay and had a reservation at a higher rates as it shows fake over booking and now price has dropped significantly. We called the hotel and requested to adjust the price or at least please offer some amenities so we don’t feel bad that we are stuck with the unwanted price; but the Management seems lacking customer satisfaction experience and expectations!!!!
