Mrs. Joanna is AMAZING!!!! Wow. She was so accommodating and kind. I am normally a Marriott girl, but she won my heart for the Hilton. Wow! And an honorable mention for Ms. Sophia. What a warm and informed welcome from the entire front desk!
I had a great experience staying at this Hilton location. All of the team members were so personable and welcoming. The rooms are clean, and when I had an issue with my AC, the maintenance was fast to come to my room and bring a standing fan. Ms. Joanna at the front desk is 10/10! Thank you for letting me in a room ahead of check-in time and for being a friendly face every time I came by! :)
I wish every Hilton location had more staff like Kalisi. Proactive, attentive and personable, I just can't say enough about her great customer service. I felt right at home during my stay. The room was clean, room service was quick, and the cafe and pool are very nice as well. The techs are even quick and very friendly. Will definitely be back!
Nice hotel with pool. Close to a mall (15 minute walk); 20 min uber to Venice Beach/Marina del Rey. Decent restaurant but menu was limited. Loved the grounds - lots of nice lounging areas to read or work outside. Close (15 mins) to LAX. Comfy bed and decent room.
