I love the location and services overall. Location not far from the airport. Staff were so nice and the room had nice paintings and a nice bathroom. What I didn’t specifically like about the room was the loud noise of the AC, way too loud for me (may be alright for someone else). Had to turn it off to actually enjoy my sleep. Also, I saw a mouse walking around the bar in the lobby, without any fear. As though that’s its home. And if there’s one, there’s most likely more. Great location with easy access from the airport and just less than a ten-minute walk to the Westfield Mall in Culver City. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and is clean. Most of the staff are extremely helpful and highly professional, including the general manager, who clearly leads by example and isn’t afraid to step in when needed. One morning, I saw him personally offering to assist guests with their luggage, which speaks volumes about the level of service he aims to provide. One of the front desk ladies, Joanna, is the BEST of the best!! Always warm and super accommodating (even when I was having some card issues during this most recent trip) - 10/10

Not the best service, the front desk was rude at check in and couldn’t provide an early check in. When I finally did check in the shower was broken and spraying everywhere. They couldn’t fix it and moved me rooms. Rooms are decent though.
