Jeanelle at the front desk is great! She helped me with a slightly complicated group check in with exceptional customer service and speed. Above and beyond. Stayed here 3 nights. Check in was seamless. The lobby hosted complimentary iced teas and water with various fruits. A light snack was available as well. We had a slight issue with our room, but the hotel was sold out. We were compensated with free dinner for the inconvenience and every effort was made to make us comfortable for the night. We were relocated to a new room in the morning.
Updated for my stay on March 14 ANDY the front desk manager helped us out a lot. I had 3 guests and called every day to ensure a double queen room. With no availability they assured me a rollaway bed was avail. Turns out, the ADA room cannot accept a rollaway. So Andy helped us secure a new room that met our needs.
