Très déçu de mon expérience au Hilton Lac-Leamy. J’avais effectué ma réservation avec le statut Diamond, statut dont j’ai toujours bénéficié lors de mes séjours. Malheureusement, mon frère n’a finalement pas pu venir et c’est ma mère qui m’a accompagné. À notre arrivée, puisqu’il n’était pas présent, on m’a retiré les avantages Diamond et appliqué mon propre statut Gold. I celebrated my godchild's wedding ceremony & reception at Hilton Lac-Leamy. My experience was the best. My server Brian did an amazing job at setting up the tables and plates and I was beyond thankful to be able to decorate the day before the event. On the actual day Maurice the wedding planner from Omega Design Events did an amazing job at being attentive to all my guest. Food and drinks were very delicious. All my guest enjoyed their time. Communication between us was very good any questions I had they responded promptly.
