Half the elevators broken, multiple billing issues. Rooms are nice
I came to Kansas City for a work conference. I booked at this Hilton and it did not disappoint. The bartender in the lounge/restaurant was amazing! Please go and visit Mimo. He took care of me every night. He remembered what I wanted and really was a great conversationalist. I will come back with my husband just to visit with Mimo and enjoy the hotel. Highly recommended!
Clean, nicely updated room and friendly staff. We have never been to KC before and this neighborhood is so cute!
We arrived around 7:30 PM and were immediately disappointed by the condition of our room. There was a sticker on the floor left behind by a previous guest, feces in the toilet, and hair on the seat. I went to the front desk to request that they clean the toilet. While we were at the pool, maintenance came by but when we returned around 9:00 PM, the toilet was in the same condition. Pros: Every staff member we encountered was friendly and accommodating. The location is great! Lots of food and shopping options are within walking distance. Cons: 2 of the 4 elevators didn’t work. The hotel was very warm!
