Pretty good stay overall, everything was clean, good food and nice staff. I want to mention the shuttle driver Michael L. He was very nice and helpful.
As far as a business conference location, this hotel is far below average. Service we encountered including front desk staff, wait staff and more specifically Michael L and Juan H was excellent and if it weren't for the people I would never go back. Only 2 of 4 elevators were working and the stairwells are very inconveniently located so that isn't even an option even if you are on the lower floors. Wait times during busy spells was horrendous. Skipped floors when buttons were pushed (even with a room key) added to the chaos.... read more
