The check in was smooth..person to help it was CHRSITA...she tried to go a step further to identify a room with a bathtub...SUSSIE with her quiet smile did make the process easier. Happy with the rooms..since the pool was closed..the shuttle took us to their tie up partner for the pool to mariott and brought us back too..great experience. Natalie and Brad helped us in the later hours .the beds mattress.
