spoke to Tuli on the reservation line who quoted me with incorrect pricing & then couldn’t explain the difference properly with honor points . Asked & spoke to Manager Mike who refused to acknowledge the rep was quoting incorrect pricing so they both provided horrible customer service & him as a manager did not care!!!!!!!! That’s why I used Expedia to make my reservation it’s much cheaper & they explain properly! Do Not Book Directly with Hilton Hotel especially if you have points!!!! They will try to cheat you!!!!
