My family and I were booked for 2 Turtle Lane , July 25 - August 01 , 2020 . We received an E mail ( not a phone call) the day of our arrival at 9:30 am to inform us that our rental was no longer available And they had no alternative accommodations . After trying to reach them by phone for over an hour , we were told nothing could be done and that we would get a full refund in 7 to 10 days . My family and I will NEVER use Hilton Head Rentals And Golf again !! I will never recommend them to anyone !!!
Terrible customer service from check in, condo cleanliness, customer service, lack of follow up, I could go on. There are SO MANY great and easy rental companies to work thru in Hilton Head that I HIGHLY recommend you avoid this one at all costs!
We rented 11 bittern in June 2014. Very dissatisfied. DO NOT go off the pics or description online. They definitely oversold the property. Location is great and Linda was helpful. But, everything about the house was wrong. I'd be happy to further explain if you are considering renting it. Just message me. Hotels are cleaner and more accommodating.
Extremely disappointed in stay thus far. Air conditioning went out -waited ALL day yesterday for them to figure out (3 diff techs came by) what it would take to fix it. Had to wait almost 3 hrs this morning for a call as to when they would get here. Have never rented in Sea Pines and after two hot nights of tossing and turning we are not happy campers. Guess that is because we aren't camping we are paying good money to rent a home that the rental place is slow to take care of.
