I had a very disappointing first experience with this office. I was coming in to establish care as a new patient. I arrived 8 minutes late, which is still within the office's stated 15-minute grace period, yet the front desk staff was immediately rude and unwelcoming. After checking in, I mentioned that I had nasal congestion and was told that the primary care office doesn't see sick patients.
