We were called 30 minutes upon arrival and told they no longer had the villa we had paid for in full because they put someone else in it. We turned around and drove 13 hours back home because they did not have a place for us. We will never use this agency and will likely never be back on the island again. The most unprofessional agency I have ever worked with.
