You're not allowed to even view one of their properties without paying for their rental application first! Yes it's true, as hard as that may be to believe. If you see a property on their website that you're interested in viewing, you have to complete their rental application first. This costs money! They have been extremely helpful when situations arise. They are prompt to return emails and phone calls. Having a maintenance man on staff all the time expedites all situations. They also have local contractors and service companies that usually respond within 12-24 hrs, sometimes same day service. We all love same day.
