The ice cream is good if in the top half of the container. Due to having to keep the cases open the lower down in a container you get your ice cream, the softer it is. Also due to people ordering at the beginning of the cases, things get confusing because so many are wondering around looking at the flavors. It makes it hard to determine who has been served and who is next in line. No matter how many workers there are, there seems to only be 4 people scoping at anytime due to space constraints and flavors chosen. Instead of s... read more
