Very good service department.
One if the best car purchasing experience that I have had. After making a bad used Volvo choice from a small car lot I was careful with this one checking the carfax, Recalls, inspections, etc. Jerome was patient, answered my questions on several cars and went above and beyond to help me choose my Pilot. The experience was pleasant up until the finance part, typical finance guy trying to push additional add ons annoying but it didn’t take away from my overall experience.
Very happy with the total experience, Have had service done @ Hilton Head Honda & was always pleased with their service department.
