My boyfriend took his dodge ram promaster 2500 in for service here in June of 2019 ( it was still under warranty) they door handle was not working properly in the back and the vehicle was misfiring and throwing a check engine code. They kept the vehicle for a week replaced the wrong parts on the door handle and did not fix the problem correctly the first time so it had to be repaired a second time.
