Pull out beds are crap.... Stayed together as family during peak season. Rooms were nice. Pool. Hot tub. Movie rental. Attached store.. was all great. Pull out beds suck. Woke up every morning with an aching back .. A month and a half later and my back still hurts every morning when waking up. 0/10. I should've taken the cushions and slept on the floor. They need foam toppers or SOMETHING. Next time I'll bring my own air mattress and use that instead.
The room, location, and facilities were fantastic, but the customer service was extremely disappointing and overshadowed the stay. At the family hot tub, signage stated “no re-entry after hours” (10pm), so we believed we could stay later but just not leave and reenter. A staff member spoke to other guests at 9:55pm, but we didn’t hear what was said. When we tried to leave at 10pm, minutes after the other guests, our key cards didn't work, leaving us locked in the pool area with only an exit to the street. Without phones and ... read more
Great place, fully equipped apartment style accommodation. The only thing I would add - shuttle to the village
