We stayed here for 4 nights in a 3-bedroom room. This was so nice for our family since we have multiple children! Great amenities. They have hot tubs. When we were using the hot tub, we were the only people in this area so that was nice. They've got steam rooms, a gym, a lounge, a game room, and some grills out back from the 2nd floor. Also, they do have a ski shop where you can rent equipment or buy things like hats, gloves, refreshments, etc. The room was nice. Our bed was comfortable. Great staff
This hotel is well located and has good views from your window, staff is helpful and cordial, but I couldn’t help feeling down every time I came back from the street. This hotel feels very abandoned and dead. Knowing that every room has a full kitchen, it could really help if they had a lobby market/hotel pantry or even a gift shop. They have a beautiful lounge with a bar but of course the bar has been closed permanently. Open a restaurant, a coffee shop, reopen the bar or do something so that hotel is not so depressing.
