We stayed for six nights and did not receive housekeeping service at all. I contacted the front desk twice and was assured someone would come to tidy the unit, but that never happened. For the price you pay to stay here, you would expect a much higher level of service. Unfortunately, it feels like the staff is more focused on timeshare sales than on guest experience. This is my second time staying here. Was so impressed the first time couldn't wait to come back. Was very disappointed this time! From the valet when we first arrived seemed like he was annoyed. The check-in was not very clear as there were 7 or 8 people standing around at the desk but not one person greeted. Finally a lady pointed me over to a person to check-in with. This is my second stay at HGV Ocean Enclave. I love the large windows that brings in lots of sunlight. We had an oceanview room. I don't like that you can see guest on either side of you from the balcony. The partition between the balconies have a rather large gap. I would caution those with small kids to keep a close eye on them so they don't climb the balcony railing, which is made of glass. A child can easily fall from the balcony. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
