Terrible location. Not near anything and the Hilton doesn’t offer a shuttle or even rent bikes. No room service and they leave no broom or vacuum to allow you to keep it clean yourself. Very few activities given it is far from most things. Nice little water slide Rooms recently redone so they are generally nice. Compared to most other places on Maui, this was really meh. Disappointing.
Service is mostly good. We had a few hiccups with maintenance and housekeeping. Management was very responsive. Location is great and more rural than near Lahaina. Very nice timeshare location.
