This resort runs a big scam. Buyer beware. Attached is the proof. I purchased a vacation package based on the 25,000 HH points promised but Hilton Grand Vacations will not honor their promise. After several attempts to resolve the issue with Leo (supervisor), Jerry, Ron, Zian and Raphael, still no points from this stay. Great location if you're going to Legoland. They give you a private entrance pass to enter the park from the back. Having a full kitchen was amazing! The room we had, 6912A, was gigantic. Our 7 year old twins shared the pullout sofa bed and we had our own private bedroom space with a bathtub. Large bathroom with a shower and two sinks. Great pools, waterslide, outside games (foosball, pingpong, corn hole, pool), and a little playground.
