We had a 3 bedroom unit this time and was disappointed by the quality of the furniture and kitchen. You couldn't even see the settings on the stove as they have been scrubbed off. The bathroom showers and floor were ridiculously slippery to the point that I had to ask for shower mats before I slipped and fell. Table was all scratched up as well. We've stayed in 1 and 2 bedroom units which were better. All in Hilton kingsland as well. Very disappointed this time.

Just stayed here for a week in June 2026,reserved room that said resort view with a picture of pool area got a room in building 25 which is farthest from pool shown. This is a timeshare resort which I didn't realize when I booked thru Hilton website so speaking to front desk staff did nothing to resolve issue I had with room, and the room is semi clean but needs a lot of small repairs,or routine maintenance. We have stayed at Kingsland a few times before and always been pleased. We are Diamond members and owners at Kingsland. The room sizes are appropriate and as expected (we were in a 1 bdrm). So here’s the reason for three stars: 1. Furnishings and flooring is old and dated. This may be because, although we are owners, HGV put us in the oldest building at Kingsland (bldg 2). 2. ハワイ島で宿泊しましたが、本当にゆったりとした時間を過ごせる素晴らしいホテルでした。 ワイキキのような人混みとは無縁で、夜は満天の星空や自然の音に癒やされます。 周辺の観光にはレンタカーが必須ですが、その分静かなリゾートステイを満喫できます。 ハワイ島へ行くなら、こうした自然に囲まれたホテルがおすすめです。 また訪れる機会があれば、ぜひ宿泊したいと思います。
