We enjoyed our stay at this establishment. The room was clean and well appointed. However, we experienced issues with the heating, which was not working. We did use the fireplace, which helped warm the room. Since we were unsure whether the problem was temporary, we did not report it to the front desk. The room was clean, but the main lodge lounge was unusable due to damage. Amazing place to stay. They go above and beyond to make your stay special. Awesome arcade where my son pretty much lived and we finally saw the Bee movie in theatres thanks to the private theatre. Definitely going back!

The rooms at Hilton Grand Vacations Club Blue Mountain are cute, cozy, and clean, and the staff we interacted with were friendly. Unfortunately, the biggest issue is noise. The units have significant sound transfer, and there does not appear to be a reasonable quiet policy in place. After returning from skiing, our unit was filled with extremely loud music from a neighbouring suite—it genuinely felt like being inside a club. We could clearly hear every song and lyric. My family and I spent 3 nights at this resort and it’s really been a great stay! It’s located very close to the Blue Mountain village (5-7min walk). The rooms are spacious and comfortable to spend time with family and friends. The staff is very accommodating and welcoming.
