We stayed here for my wife's birthday. The suite was spacious, clean and well equipped. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Beautiful view if Blue Mountain ski hill. We will return.
Great location and a clean, comfortable room. However, the front desk staff could have been warmer as we felt like we were being treated like teenagers, even though we’re in our 30s. For a GRAND VACATION, they did not acknowledge my Hilton Status Another downside is the 10:00 AM checkout time, which is earlier than the more typical 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM.
