Personally, my experience was a mix. Hilton guest services were excellent. The hotel itself seemed to be in need of care and attention. Even though the experience had provided multiple disappointments, Mariel, the manager, did her absolute best to make things right. She definitely went above and beyond on her part. Hilton, though, needs to make some improvements. This is advertised as a luxury hotel, and it is not.
