Arbitrary banging inside the wall throughout my stay made sleeping impossible. Lukewarm shower in the am. All this in addition to the construction equipment moving about the partially built garage on the “quiet” side of the building that started up again at 7:00 am. Expecting comfort at this hotel is equivalent to buying a car with no wheels and expecting to go somewhere
Very friendly staff and a convenient location. Rooms were nice with useful amenities. Was here in connection with a work function. I would definitely stay here again!
New and clean in the heart of every restaurant and store you could need something from. Walkable rating is 5. Unfortunately, parking was difficult, bar was unattended during open hours, our room (plus a number of others) reported not having hot water. No maintenance on site and not available until 10 am next day. AC went out. Water issue never resolved. No follow up from front desk. Won't stay here again if for no other reason than no help with any issues readily available
There was no hot water in the room and the staff had no solution to the issue. The AC in the room stopped working at night and there was only street parking.
