Nice place with awesome staff, bar, and breakfast! We enjoyed our overnight there while attending the Winter park art festival.
Hotel is in a great location for walking, shopping and dining. Had a fairly nice stay. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. The food was not hot and the wait staff seemed overwhelmed to keep up. Parking was a bit of a challenge. Room was pretty quiet and bed was comfortable. Front desk folks were very friendly and helpful. Self-serve drink options at breakfast for juices and water are really needed to improve the breakfast experience and speed up dining at that time.
The staff was very warm, speaking at length about my visit. The property is on the smaller and quieter end of things. But it allowed for more focus on the city. There was a wonderful variety of shops, restaurants and leisure activities within walking distance. Overall great property. The room was also cleaned very well. ( which was a relief! )
