New and clean in the heart of every restaurant and store you could need something from. Walkable rating is 5. Unfortunately, parking was difficult, bar was unattended during open hours, our room (plus a number of others) reported not having hot water. No maintenance on site and not available until 10 am next day. AC went out. Water issue never resolved. No follow up from front desk. Won't stay here again if for no other reason than no help with any issues readily available
There was no hot water in the room and the staff had no solution to the issue. The AC in the room stopped working at night and there was only street parking.
Clean, quiet, friendly staff, restaurants within 100 yards. Laundry room came in handy.
Terrible experience, stayed one night and woke up in the middle of the night because i was itching. Left covered in bug bites. Never had this experience before. So gross… called and complained about the bed bugs but it sounded like they didnt care. Room 425. Editing the review since the answer from the owner just shows how unprofessional they are, they didnt reach out to the person on the reservation who was my boyfriend, i stated the room number and it was september 10 that we stayed there.. terrible experience and customer... read more
