One of the most comfortable and cleanest and welcoming places we have ever stayed
We have had the pleasure of staying at the HGI and hosting our RHF guests here for at least the last five years, and each experience has been exceptional. staff was rude, some guest were making racist comment… The person who was supposed to be at front desk was nowhere to be seen, he got upset when i went looking for him. Mitch “working”upfront and was rude
The room was nice but the tv was very small for the room size. I was put on the first floor right near a door to the outside. Heard a ton of foot traffic all night but other than that my stay was enjoyable. Only stayed one night.
Shame they poured concrete into the jacuzzi because people wouldn't stop pissing in it and breaking it
