Great overall. Comfortable clean room, great service at front desk, breakfast cooked to order was delicious! I enjoyed a veggie omelet and French toast while hubby had delicious pancakes. During our stay the hotel was quiet and we liked the convience to Colonial Williamsburg.
Online it states breakfast but it's $15, too expensive. No computer for quest but there is a printer so ridiculous. The rooms are nice but the hotel is just basic nothing special. Plenty restaurants nearby.
Never ever again! Everything was great at the hotel until my granddaughter and I decided to go have breakfast. I felt harassed by the lady working the buffet. She upset me so badly that I dropped my plate and left. This is the Hilton for God’s sakes. I wasn’t trying to steal food or take more than my share. You would think I was at the Red Roof Inn. It was really ridiculous. I left in tears.
Fantastic hotel, well insulated, we couldn't hear the neighbors, nor passerbys in the hallway! The most quiet hotel I've ever stayed in. Delicious breakfast with cook on hand and helpful staff.
