Unfair Charges and Baseless Accusations – Beware I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Around 1:00 AM, the toilet in my room became clogged. There was no plunger provided, so I waited for the water level to go down before attempting to flush again—a method that has worked in other situations. Everything meh. 300 bucks a night can find something better. Service was meh. Not on a walkable area besides a path like a block away. Went there last minute, probably wouldn’t stay again unless the price was good. Nothing bad about this place either I would say. Gym was 24 hours which was nice
Monique was at the front desk when I checked in and she was positively wonderful. She was patient, kind professional and accommodating. The company could not have chosen a better person. I don't want to forget Jonathan who was working this moring when I checked out at 5am. He was friendly and professional. Whoever is doing the hiring picked two really good people to work the front desk.
Just a dumb and confusing setup. Nothing worthwhile walking to is anywhere close.
