Staying in Hilton hotels weekly due to my line if work. This hotel needs renovations ASAP. There is nothing really bad to comment on but it feels old and worn down. From moment you walked in you see that remodel needs to happen for outside and inside. Elevator is super old, room smells like old carpet. Its was ok for one night but i doubt i will comeback, plenty of better choice around with much cheaper price.

I can't say enough good things about the Hilton Garden Inn of Westbury. The rooms are great, and our junior suite was absolutely perfect for our stay. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the people. The entire front desk staff was exceptional. A special shout-out to Katira, whose beautiful smile and helpful attitude always brightened my day. Some of the staff is just not friendly at all. I know it’s New York but you work in hospitality. A male maintenance employee burst into our hotel room with my 14 year old daughter and she told him to leave but he refused saying he got a call about missing toiletries in the bathroom. She told him he had the wrong room and he walked past her anyway to check, realizing he had in fact gone to the wrong room. The room was infested with all kinds of bugs. Downstairs seating areas are filthy. Seats have stains. Tables wiped down have a film on them.
