No remote for the tv in the room tired to lower the temperature in the room with air conditioner and it didn't work said it was a smoke free floor but it smelled of weed
The lobby is clean and the reason I’m giving this hotel three stars is because of the food! The breakfast omelets were delicious and the staff were warm. The rooms themselves were quite dated and the TVs were the most frustrating part…good hotel but needs improving.
The rooms are dingy and the customer service is spotty. Set your expectations like this is a bad motel and you shouldn’t be too dissatisfied with the experience. I asked for clean towels in the morning and was told they don’t have any and didn’t know when housekeeping would come either. After getting on the phone with Hilton’s corporate customer service, 2 towels came to my door. Not sure why I had to do all that just to receive something as basic as a clean towel.
