Yachel Rose did a horrible job as a manager. was completely useless in helping us. when her employee made a mistake. Was giving us attitude the entire time. Even said “i’m not talking to you because you’re not the customer” since the reservation wasn’t under my name. That’s horrible customer service. Everyone should be their customer. Hope hilton does something about the management there.

Terrible service they don’t even clean ur rooms or anything better off going somewhere cheaper this place just a rip off.
Omg I can’t say enough about Ashley at the bar/restaurant! Ok yeah check in was seamless and front desk very friendly but WOW, Ashley has regulars at the bar because of her exceptional professionalism and sweetest demeanor, just so genuine. I’m visiting to visit my son who’s going to college here and will only stay here because of Ashley! What a gem!
