When I arrived I was never gteated as a diamond member. Seems to be the Hilton way lately. I was going to there gym and I asked the front desk clerk Dana if i could have a water she said there was two waters in our room and they weren't allowed to give any more. I told her I was a diamond member and she didn't care she was very rude. Very confrontational. I asked to hear from the hotel manager she was very confrontational like she was related to the manager and the manager wouldn't care anyway. Anyways of course no call. If ... read more
Our stay was absolutely wonderful, thanks to Dana at the front desk! She was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. Her excellent customer service made us feel truly welcome. On top of that, our room was perfect—clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a great stay. It’s rare to find such outstanding hospitality, and we truly appreciate it. Because of Dana and the excellent accommodations, we will definitely be back. Thank you for a fantastic experience!
Overall, this was an average experience. Nothing outstanding. Only negative is the mini fridges in the rooms. They do not chill their contents at all due to them being inside a cabinet with a closed door.
