This hotel overcharged me 891.59 for a 10 day stay and is doing absolutely nothing to refund me my money. Upon check out I showed the front desk my credit card statement which showed the amount that was overcharged. They took a picture of my statement and confirmed that the additional charge did not match my folio/receipt. They said they would forward it to management and get it resolved. I recently traveled to WPB to assist our son with his move from WPB to further south of Miami. The Hilton Garden Inn was our temporary home for 5 nights. I wish to sincerely thank & commend the following Customer Service Heroes at: Front Desk- Wendy, Laurie, Yachel, Missy, Tulio, Rosie, Adrian & Adria 😊 The Restaurant- Avril, Ashley, Samanthalyn, Gared & Damain 😊 I’m grateful for both their kindness & superb customer service for going above and beyond the call of duty 🙏😊
Best hotel ever
We had a wonderful stay! I just wanted to mention the lady that checked us in at the front desk. Her name was Laurie Weigel and she was the nicest, sweetest person that went beyond and above to help us and ensure our stay was wonderful. The rooms were clean and nice as well. I wish all our experiences were this positive! Thanks Laurie Weigel!!
